Dean has acquired over forty years in the consulting profession involving all aspects of business management services. He has owned and operated his own consulting practice on an international basis for most of those forty years. His work has been recognized on a national, regional and state level. His career also includes an eight year stint as a Vice President for a very successful oil and gas exploration/production company during a period of aggressive pre-IPO growth. He’s spent many years travelling across the nation as well as within Canada and Mexico on various consulting engagements.
Jared McClellan, Marketing & Creative Director
Jared brings an extremely diverse background to the BizWarriorz team. He has over a decade of professional experience as a musician/songwriter and has been a part of shaping live venue experiences around the U.S. This enabled him to begin to integrate live video and film into these venues eventually leading him to join the world of entrepreneurs by beginning his own creative agency and working to expand the reach of local and statewide brands. For Jared, effectively integrating story into our marketing identity and overall user experience is an ever evolving journey. If we stop listening, watching and changing then we will stop being effective. Simple as that!
Gini Zaloudek, Travel Services Consultant
Gini is an independent travel consultant who brings decades of experience in the travel industry to Biz Warriorz and its members. She began learning her profession thirty years ago while working for several agencies. She subsequently opened her own travel agency and has maintained a loyal client following by providing them with fast, cost-efficient, customer driven service. Gini is a well-recognized leader in her community and has been honored with numerous awards and honors for her tireless dedication to service.
